Tuesday, April 17th

1) Goat Confit Tacos with cilantro pistou, herbs & market veggies

2) Chickpea Esquites (street corn) Tacos with corn purée, pickled red onion, fresnos, charred corn kernels, spiced crunchy chickpeas, pepitas, lime mayo* and cotija*

*Can be made vegan upon request
