Food

Rives Blanques Occitania, Mauzac, Crisp White, Limoux, Roussilon, Fr, Lovely and creamy in the mouth with a lot of peach and apricot, finishing off with a touch of vanilla.    

Sweet Grass Dairy Green Hill, Thomasville, GA – This soft-ripened, brie style cheese has a bloomy rind and silky texture.

A Los Vinateros Grantico Bianco, Moscatel and Sémillon, Soft White, Itata, Chile, Y, The wine shows bright fresh stone fruits (peach), floral notes (orange blossom) and citrus fruits (grapefruit). The wine has a persistent finish with a slight salinity and bright acidity and mineral notes  

Benfumat White Anchovies in Oil, Spain - Fresh white anchovies marinated in olive oil, vinegar, and salt. Great addition to many recipes or a delicious tapas plate on their own.

Schoenheitz Edelzwicker, Chasselas, Sylvaner, Pinot Auxerrois, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Muscat Blanc, and Gewürztraminer, Soft White, Alsace, FR, Y, The bouquet is intense and evokes white and yellow flowers as well as fresh fruits. A firm pleasant entry to the mouth is followed by a good presence on the palate, with a nice acidity    

Pate L’Orange

From 3 Little Pigs, a country-style pork and duck pate with pistachio and a hint of Gran Marnier. Always a favorite!

 

Borell Diehl Pinot Noir, Smooth Red, Pfalz, Germany, Solid red and black cherry fruit, with overtones of baking spice, dried cherries, and black pepper supported by slaty minerality. Light-bodied and tasty

Spaetzle with Brown Butter and Sage

Isigny Ste. Mere Butter – Classic butter of Normandy. Pasteurized.

Pintupi 9, The Red, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, Bold Red, Australia, Lively aromas of red berries, cherry, cracked pepper and dried herbs. Spicy and precise on the palate, offering tangy red fruit flavors, picking up a bitter licorice quality and leaving red fruit notes behind.     

NE Charcuterie Sriracha Salame

Handcrafted just down the road in Woburn, this salame is spicy, tangy, and a little bit sweet. Just a hint of garlic to finish things off.

 

Vigilance Vineyards, Cabernet Sauvignon, Bold Red, Red Hills, Lake Country, CA, Y, Complex layers of black cherry, ripe currant, spice, and dark chocolate. Salute!        

 

Crozier Blue, Ireland

This pasteurized sheep’s milk blue from Cashel Farmhouse has the perfect blend of tangy, creamy, and salty notes.
