Please join us Thurday March 15th at The Spink Pavilion in The Missouri Botanical Garden for a five course Earth Friendly Wine Dinner created by Chef Lisa Slay featuring a curated selection of sustainable, organic or biodynamic wines. Each course has been perfectly paired to match the finesse, complexity and terroir of each wine.

Guest Speaker for the March Wine Dinner is Ramona Marten, Fine Wine Sales Specialist with Classique Wines. After 10 years of practicing law in St Louis, Ramona decided to change careers and pursue her passion for wine. For nearly 20 years now, she has been selling both domestic wines and wines imported from around the world. Ramona has been with Classique Wine and Spirits since 2004, working with a select portfolio focusing on sustainable, organic and biodynamic wines.
