Notre Vue Estate Winemaker Michael Westrick and Estate Viticulturist Natalie Birch take guests through each step of the pruning and winemaking processes, complete with wine tasting! Impress your friends and dinner party guests with your knowledge of sur lie aging, malolactic fermentation, and what makes red wine the color red. Guests are encouraged to ask any and every question they have about the winemaking process. The final test involves creating a custom blend of Cabernet, Merlot, and Petit Verdot.
