For this exceptional food and wine event we'll combine the phenomenal wines of the Great Northwest--Oregon and Washington states, paired with the lovely food tradtions from this part of our country. We'll be talking about the rise of world-renowned Pinot Noirs from the Willamette Valley and the incredible Cabernets and Syrahs coming out of Washington and other wines from the Columbia River Valley and the newly planted Waluke Slope. You'll love tasting these wines including whites, reds and rose's. We have regional canapes, small plates and Cedar Plank Salmon with a creamy Leek Sauce as a main course. Great dessert too. This is an experience you can only have at the Salt Lake Culinary Center--Utah's premier Culinary Event Center. Wines presented and foods designed by Chef Drew Ellsworth. (Some of the dishes will be prepared right in front of you.) We'll also be sneaking in some St Patrick's Day surprises.
