Production, importing, distribution, and retail segments will be examined through a specific case study approach. Pricing, positioning, marketing, and operations components will be analyzed as they relate to the wine business model. You will learn how to develop a business plan specific to the wine industry. Guest speakers will share their real life experiences and perspectives.
