Cost: $39.00

The wine-making region of Beaujolais in France is known globally for it's differing styles of one sole grape: Gamay Noir. Some are juicy, simple, and super fruity (we're looking at you Beajolais Nouveau!), and some are traditional, with smooth red fruit flavors, and hints of sweet flowers and spice. Within Beaujolais, there are 10 Crus (here, a Cru does not mean vintage, it's a prestigious status for each of these villages) that produce around 25% of wine from this part of France. We're exploring these 10 Crus with all their vast differences in vinification, how their Gamay grapes become more rich and expressive than other areas of Beaujolais, and which Cru is the one for you!

- Six wines will be tasted.
- Artisanal cheeses will be served.
- Discounts available for wines tasted in the class that you’d like to take home!

This is a seated wine tasting class. Space is limited. Don’t wait to sign up!
