Portfolio, the teaching dining room of The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Seattle, invites the public to a WSJ "Open-That-Bottle-Night" dinner. Upper-level students prepare several four-course Northwest menus accompanied by that special bottle of wine you bring. Corkage fee waived (wines from restaurant's list also available).
Portfolio Restaurant celebrates one day early "Open-That-Bottle-Night" #10 which takes place on Saturday, when people all over the world finally open that one special bottle and celebrate the memories that come with it.
Your sommelier for the evening is wine educator Dieter Schafer who will assure flawless wine service with Riedel glasses, and the breathtaking view of Elliott Bay from the fifth-floor restaurant will enhance your dining experience.
