Arroy Thai and Filipino Restaurant is teaming up with Maverick Beverage Company to bring you an exclusive 6-course wine pairing dinner.

1st course - Adobo Wings - Fried Chicken wings marinated in soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic, and bay leaves, seasoned with vinagar powder paired with Golden Chardonnay.

2nd course - Kimchi Fried Rice - egg, kimchi, chinese broccoli, red onion, and cherry tomato stir fried in seasonings and a touch of thai soy paired with Coridae Ravenna Reisling

3rd course - Drunken Shrimp - shrimp and gabbage stir fried in pinot grigio, a variety of seasoning, and oyster sauce paired with Walch Prendo Pinot Grigio

4th course - Massamun Beef Curry - tender pieces of beef in a red curry with roasted peanuts, potato, and carrots paired with Cepas Cabernet Sauvignon

5th course - Sisig - Filipino deep fried brined pork belly cut into small pieces and stir fried in soy sauce with egg, red onion, green onion, and fresh minced garlic paired with True Grit Petite Sirah

6th course - Red Wine Poached Pear - Tinto Red Blend, sliced Asian golden pairs poached in orange, cinnamon, honey, and spices, with sponge cake and whipped cream paired with Altos Los Hormigas Tinto Red Blend.
