Join us as we continue our Predalina Tasting Series with Sparkling Wines, lead by Predalina's Advanced Sommelier, Mark Hoefer.

Lini 910 Lambrusco Rose:

One of the oldest families of grape used to produce wine, rich and lush raspberry with a dry clean finish.

Mont Marcal Brut Reserve Cava:

Xarel-lo, Macabeo, and Chardonnay produced in the traditional sparkling method. Citrus and yellow fruit with a light bready backbone and clean mineral driven finish.

Jansz Tasmanian Rose:

Pinot Noir and Chardonnay base. Strawberries and cream with an elegant vibrance and freshness.

Schramsberg Mirabelle Brut Rose:

Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from cool climate Napa and Sonoma appelations. Raspberry, cinnamon, plum and peach in a relatively full bodied sparkling wine.

Light bites will be served to compliment the tasting.
