·        Crispy Chicken Confit with braised fennel, lemon scent & chive oil

·        Creole Jambalaya Arancini - (I love a fried risotto ball!) Served with roasted red pepper pesto & parmesan chip.

·        Filet Mignon au Poivre & Cognac Sauce, roasted rosemary potatoes & French green bean ‘casserole’

·        Sicilian Almond Cake amaretto crème anglaise & vanilla bean chantilly
