Vinci, found on North Halsted Street, has been serving up fantastic, authentic Italian food since first opening in 1991!
The restaurant's wine dinners, with rotating dishes and wine pairings, are held monthly, on the second Wednesday of each month.
For May’s first course, guests will have a delicious Shrimp and Crab Cake with beans, paired with Greco de Tufo. The second course treats attendees to a Tagliatelle with Prosciutto and Vegetable Ragu paired alongside Nebiollo wine. Roast chicken, Polenta and Rosemary Garlic Sauce paired with Rosso di Montalcino is sure to delight during the third course. And last, but not least, Chef has created a Strawberry Panna Cotta with mint paired, with Caffe o Te.
