This in-person event is a chance to experience the difference in locally produced beef with ranchers Erin and Storm Field of Elite Beef, and enjoy select varietals by local winemaker Alana Suroff of Tribeca Wine Collective. With a shared passion for excellent food and wine, and integrating healthy practices into daily living, this natural pairing is the perfect way to reconnect with nature and the bounty of our land.

Our lineup of three beef stations and tasting of three wines will give you an intimate opportunity to learn from these experienced producers as they share their insights into enjoying mindful fare and building intentional lifestyles.
