Local Event
Join winemaker Rob Folin of Ryan Rose Wine and The Beatrice team for an evening of culinary delights. Five courses paired with a collection of our favorite beverages. Stoup NW Beers, Ryan Rose Wines, Weller Antique 107 Bourbon and some amazing samples of house favorites as well. An evening that promises to be filled with delicious food pairings and whimsical company.
Tenative Menu (subject to change due to ingredient availablility)
Welcome Course: Stoup Red Ale pairing- Hamachi Crudo, Chive Blossom Salsa Verde, Herb Infused Hazelnut Oil. (Sparkling wine and rose also available during the welcome hour)
Seated Courses will be served family style.
Course 2: Ryan Rose Malbec pairing- Smoked pork carnitas with house made tortillas, fennel apple slaw, jalapeno strawberry salsa, black pepper and lime crema.
Course 3: Ryan Rose Tempranillo pairing- Morel, caramelized onions with housemade pasta. Duck broth pan sauce with duck prosciutto, radish and fennel fronds.
Course 4: Ryan Rose Petit Verdot pairing- deconstructed elk bimimbap, pickled spring foraged vegetables banchan, salmon roe and house gochujan sauce.
Course 5: Weller Antique 107 Bourbon pairing- Housemade graham crackers, pecan butter buckeyes, toasted brown sugar marshmallows.
