JUNE 6TH is the 80th anniversary of D-DAY, a major turning point in World War II, when Allied Forces landed on the beaches of Normandy, France, and began the liberation of Europe from the AXIS nations. So in honor of this historic battle, we will be pitting wines from Allied nations against those of the Axis in a blind tasting. For example, a French Pinot Gris vs. Italian Pinot Grigio - same grape, different name. Hopefully we will win the war once again!! PLEASE BRING TWO GLASSES PER PERSON.
