Join us for a night of exquisite cuisine, expertly prepared and served in the elegant backdrop of barTini Bistro in Downtown Eugene

Tamisha Heacox-Jackson of Mishjacks Catering and Dwaymon Stewart of Stewart's Soul Fusion have come together to bring you the first of a series of "pop-up" restaurant events at barTini bistro that celebrate the depth of skill, technique, style and flair that black chefs bring to the culinary industry.

In this first venture, we draw on our French Creole and American south roots to reinterpret classic European dishes, adding the rich flavors that have shaped our palates and inspired our professional journeys.

Seasonally-driven, locally-sourced and artisanally prepared, our prix fixe menu features the best of the Northwest bounty, and is suitable for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets.

Guests are welcomed with a complimentary signature cocktail or mocktail to start the festivities and a parting gift to commemorate the evening.

We offer a curated selection of exclusive wines that pair with each course and guests may also pre-order bottle service with their ticket purchase.
