Elizabeth Logan McDaniel, Maitre Chocolatier, owner of LaRue Fine Chocolate will host a pairing of three chocolates accompanied by a selection of Penelope Bourbon paired to compliment the flavors of each.

Elizabeth was raised in Easley, South Carolina. After graduating from Lander University she was a Fine Wine sales representative for more than a decade and is a Certified Specialist of Wine through the Society of Wine Educators. She was making chocolates and confectionery as a hobby and decided to make the plunge and become a professional. She is a graduate of the Ecole Chocolat gaining a Professional Chocolatier certificate with honors. She has also achieved the rank of Maitre Chocolatier from the same school.

We will be joined by a representative of Republic National Distributing Company who will guide us through the selections of Penelope Bourbon paired for this event.

Arrive early to shop for a Mother’s Day gift and the bar will be open to purchase a cocktail. Snacks will be provided to accompany the tasting.
