Course 1: Tuscan Antipasto Platter
Authentic Italian cheeses, marinated olives and artichokes, anchovies and sardines, assorted crackers

Course 2: Grilled Calamari Salad
Grilled confit calamari, poached pears, infused apricot, candied onions, watercress, and frisee served with a wine vinaigrette
Paired with: Ca’dei Frati Lugana – Lombardy DOC
Course 3: Pan Seared Grouper
Fresh wild caught Grouper served with charred tomato compote, Swiss chard, and caper topped with whipped citrus ricotta
Paired with: Cantele Primitivo – Salento IGT
Course 4: Giant Stuffed Meatball
Lamb and pancetta meatball stuffed with fresh mozzarella stuffed on a garlic basil capellini and topped with a tomato fennel jam
Paired with: Terredora Taurasi – Campania DOCG
Course 5: Lavender Panna Cotta
served with fresh honeycomb, bee pollen, and a vanilla tuile
Paired with: Colosi Passito – Sicilia IGP
