Executive Chef Jonathan Schuster of Mercado Concepts (Streetside and Whiskey Alley) is pairing up with Master Candidate Sommelier, Tamara Jorgensen for an amazing night of fine dining with fine wines.

1- Seared Ahi Wonton tacos: sesame seared ahi tuna, served in fried wonton. Paired with Robert Weil, Reisling, Trocken, Rheingau, Germany, 2017.
2- Grilled plum salad: mixed greens, candied pecans, Gorgonzola cheese and grilled plums in a champagne sauce. Paired with Laurent Perrier, Champagne Brut, La Cuvee, Champagne, France, 2015.
3- Seared scallops with a black truffle beurre blanc sauce.
Paired with Nicolas Potel Maison Roche de Bellene Champeaux, Pinot Noir, Gevrey-Chambertin, Premier Cru, France, 2013
4- Red wine braised oxtail with wild mushroom risotto Paired and cooked with Atillo Ghisolfi, Barolo Bricco Visette, Nebbiolo, Piedmont, Italy, 2013.
5- Deconstructed chocolate banana cream pie . Paired with Grahams, 20 yr., Tawny Port, Duoro, Portugal.
