Join Chef Matthew Paille of Epicurean Escape Catering in the wine caves at Deerfield Ranch Winery for a Quatro de Mayo Celebration! Together we will tour the robust flavors of the street foods of Mexico.
This POPUP was inspired by Chef Matt's recent trip to Ciudad de Mexico where he honed his palate and techniques for utilizing the most unique and delicious ingredients of Mexico. These delectables doing a tango on your tastebuds with a pairing of the cleanest (sulfite & hangover free!) Sonoma County wine from Deerfield Ranch is guaranteed to be quite the memorable experience! Let us take you on a culinary journey this holiday!
The Menu is TBA however, a sneak preview of some of the guest stars to be featured at this event:
