The Houstonian is hosting a Sokol Blosser wine dinner on May 24, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. under the property’s iconic live oak tree on its front meadow. Guests will indulge in Gulf Coast seafood, Wagyu ribeye and Valrhona chocolate along with the best wines from Sokol Blosser, one of Oregon’s oldest wineries. Hosted by Sokol Blosser Associate Winemaker Robin Hawley, the dinner will showcase five different selections, including the limited release 2016 Sparkling Rosé of Pinot Noir. Houstonian Executive Chef Neal Cox and Sommelier Vanessa Boyd have collaborated to bring savory and sweet pairings for an evening that is sure to be the talk of the town!
