Online RSVP Service for Wine Tastings and Events



Our new RSVP system is free and allows you to get a head count on folks who would like to attend your event. Similar to our ticketing system, without credit card processing, it works like this.

When you choose to offer RSVP, your event posting will display that option like this:

Click 'RSVP NOW' to send your RSVP for this event!

Persons interested in attending your event will be able to fill in a form to let you know that they intend to join you.

You will receive an email with the name, address, phone number and the number of expected attendees each time that someone RSVPs.

You will NOT receive the email address of the attendees. Our privacy policy prohibits us sending the email address.

As part of the process, you are able to display an RSVP graphic on your site that will link into the RSVP system.

We will send a reminder email to your attendee list one day prior to the event.

We also have a system in place for you to email the attendees in case of last minute changes or cancellations.
