The Virginia Wine and Cigar Trail

The Virginia Wine and Cigar Trail

THE VIRGINIA WINE AND CIGAR TRAIL The enjoyment of a fine glass of wine with a hand-made premium cigar is an aesthetic shared by many. Where better to highlight this marvelous combination than Virginia, original home of the American Tobacco Industry and the new home of one of the fastest growing wine producing regions in the country. The Virginia Wine and Cigar Trail is an association of 15 wineries (as of January 1, 2013) that appreciate the similarity of the aesthetic of smoking a fine cigar and drinking a fine wine. We have paired the wines of these wineries with cigars that are especially well-balanced to enhance the flavor of their wines. Each winery provides cigars, pairing menus and the opportunity to enjoy cigars and wine together, truly a civilized indulgence.
