Night Sky Farm
Night Sky Farm is Grade A dairy & Cheese Room in Brookneal, Va milking 22 does and 2 Jersey cows. The Cheese Room produces several flavors of chevre from Chevre aux natural to our Southern Heat, chevre with Raspberry Habenaro, Sun-dried tomatoes, fresh garlic and lemon peel. The farm also produces in small batches, Cosmic Gouda ( Cow's milk) Havarti and Cheddar from both cow and goat milk and a goat milk feta in sea salt brine or olive oil marinade.
