West End Wines
West End Wines is a service oriented wine store located in the Central West End of Saint Louis with the goal of bringing great wines at an exceptional value to enthusiasts and collectors alike. We feature an eclectic selection of global contemporary and traditional fine wines hailing from virtually every significant wine producing region on this planet. The wine portfolio offered is versatile, appropriate for various occasions and provides consistent quality. Designed to educate the novice and entice the collector, an emphasis has been placed on mainstream California AVA’s, Northern and Southern Italy, Bordeaux and Burgundy along with significant Spanish, Argentinean and German growing regions. We also feature unusual and highly allocated bottlings of red and white wines not seen in most Wine Shops. Each bottle offered is hand selected and personally tasted by John Sears, the West End Wines Certified Sommelier and is available for purchase at our retail location or through shipping placed by special order. Our inventory includes bottles that are meant for everyday consumption and the rare collector’s gems worthy of cellaring. Additional services available from West End Wines include private tasting classes, Sommelier services for residential events and individualized cellar analysis that is conducted with the goal of providing an in-depth review of each individual cellar. If you are just starting a Wine Cellar, we can also help to put together your initial inventory. The Vino Gallery
The Vino Gallery is a new retail wine boutique located at 4701 McPherson Ave. We specialize in smaller production, artisan wines and beers with a strong emphasis on customer service and product education. We have regular wine classes and wine tastings to help you learn more about the wines that you enjoy. Stop in for daily wine tastings (after 4:00pm on weeknights and all day on Saturdays), gallery exhibits featuring local artists and to enjoy a glass of wine on our patio!
