Comtesse Therese Winery & Bistro
The only Long Island vineyard with a restaurant! Award-winning white, rosé and red wines from the 20-acre estate vineyard. Chef Aristodemos Pavlou received his culinary training at L'Ecole Cordon Bleu in Paris. Enjoy fresh local L.I. duck, fish, herbs and vegetables - prepared in a simple, classic Bistro style. The Bistro is in a former 1830's church rectory, renovated and furnished with antiques. Sunny roof deck, lawn, herb gardens and a miniature vineyard. Peconic Bay Winery
Peconic Bay Winery is one of the oldest vineyards on the North Fork. It has been owned by the Lowerre Family since 1999, and employs experienced viticulturist Charlie Hargrave, credited with the planting of the first commercial vineyards on LI, and veteran winemaker Greg Gove. Peconic Bay farms 62 acres of vines some as old as 30 years, and produces 10,000 cases of fine vinifera wine, brandy and hard sparkling cider annually. Lieb Family Cellars
Lieb Cellars produces two wine product lines: a "Reserve" line of cellar-worthy, award-winning wines, and a "Bridge Lane" line of highly acclaimed, great value wines.
