Anasazi Fields Winery
Free wine tastings and winery tours. We specialize in dry, oak finished table wines from local fruits and berries, blends of these wines with grape wines, and one big red wine from our own grapes. We also produce an off-dry Cranberry wine that is especially popular during the holiday season with the turkey dinner. More information on all of the wines can be found on the website. Open on weekends only during January through mid-April. Open Wednesday through Sunday rest of the year. We have picnic areas set up inside under the heaters and by the kiva fireplace and outside under the apricot tree. We always enjoy suggesting wine pairings for whatever food you bring. We host art, music and poetry events and winemaker dinners throughout the year. See our website for additional information on events listed in The Juice. The winery is located in a lovely, spring-fed valley on the western edge of the historic village of Placitas, only six miles east of I25, Exit 242.
