Plymouth Winery
The Plymouth Winery specializes in intensely-flavored fruit wines, ranging from cranberry to raspberry, and also produces award-winning red and white grape varietals. We are a family run business. Most grape wines are traditionally crafted using wild yeasts, which allows us to minimize the types and amounts of additives utilized to control the fermentation process and to preserve the wine. We rely on the New England winter to cold-stabilize the white grape wines. Locally grown cranberries are used to make our signature Cranberry Wine and Cranberry Blush. Our wines have won medals in international and regional competitions. Because the Plymouth Winery is small, each of the varietals is distinct, and they range from dry to sweet. Our berry wines can stand alone as desert. American oak is used to age our grape wines. We are located on the historic Plymouth waterfront, withing easy walking distance of the hmajor attractions.
