What We Love, The Winery

What We Love, The Winery is an innovative creator of fine wines located in beautiful Boulder, Colorado. It sources the highest-quality fruit to make delicious wines, from grape to bottle. In addition to its reserve wines, What We Love also produces Decadent Saint Mulled Wine and Decadent Saint Sangria; the former is a winter staple and an apres favorite in Colorado resorts such as Aspen. The Decadent Saint Sangria debuted this summer at the winery's grand opening in May. What We Love is a community winery that features local artists, hosts live music events, and is of course always open to a passerby in the mood for a tasting or tour. Founder and winemaker Michael Hasler is usually on the premises and eager for wine and conversation. Frankie, the 190-pound Saint Bernard who doubles as the winery's mascot, might be around, too! What We Love, The Winery is all about sharing what people, well, love. It is a venue to meet, taste, and savor. Come experience art and music, and learn about wine-making processes in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Cheers!
