Vignobles Sarrail
We are the largest family owned wine estate in Carcassonne in the South of France and we have an extensive range of products with an excellent quality wines. Located at the edge of the famous medieval “Cité de Carcassonne”, “Vignobles Sarrail” enjoys a unique “terroir” in the Languedoc where the warmth of the Mediterranean climate is softened by the coolness of the Atlantic. Traces of wine making have been found here dating back to 1292. Our speciality is Cabernet Franc and the Sauvignon Blanc.
