Soléna
Soléna is a new restaurant located in Bordeaux, dedicated to bringing farm fresh produce of SW France to the table. Modern cooking techniques are used to combine French culinary tradition with a variety of cultural influences. Everything from the sauces to pastries and ice cream is made in-house. The result is a highly refined and inventive, but approachable cuisine. Soléna is owned and operated by Franco-American couple, Serena Lee (your hostess and server) and Aurélien Crosato (Chef).
