Lo-TECH Foodways is dedicated to campaigning for healthier, robustly-flavored home cooking and to fostering related eating behaviors. Our core mission is healthy-home-cooking education. In addition, we offer consultation and training to restaurants and retailers in healthy cooking, affordable wine programming, service, and marketing. Our wine services focus on staff training in wine knowledge and service, food-and-wine planning, wine programming, component tastings, and tasting education.
