Tom DiNardo has worked in the wine industry in both California and Washington. With a reverence for the grape, Tom continues his passionate pursuit today as a wine consultant and educator who teaches others about oenology and wine collecting. Mr. DiNardo is a sommelier diplomate with the International Sommelier Guild and a member of the Society of Wine Educators. Education Manager
A circuitous, tangential, but magnetic path has led Mike to Oregon. A native of the Chicago area, Mike cut his teeth in wine education working as the Sommelier at a restaurant devoted to the wines of the Northwest and then as an instructor at the Le Cordon Bleu. Mike worked harvest in 2008 & 2009 and it was preordained; the fates had indeed spoken, and loudly.
