Tom DiNardo - The Wine Zealot
In 1987 Tom DiNardo began working in the California wine industry. He founded DiNardo & Lord Auctioneers in 1993. As a charity wine auctioneer, he has presided over many of the nation’s most acclaimed wine auctions. Tom is a nationally recognized sommelier, spirits & wine appraiser, wine educator, wine expert, and wine judge for many international wine competitions. Mr. DiNardo is a freelance wine writer for the Wine Enthusiast, Decanter, and Santé Magazines, and other wine journals. He was a regularly featured auctioneer for the former ERI wine auction gallery. Tom DiNardo now serves as V.P. of Outreach for the Natl. Assoc. of Professional Appraisers (NAPA), and he is also a certified insurance fraud investigator (CIFI). Tom performs wine appraisals and expert witness services for insurance companies, banks, law firms, and individuals. Tom DiNardo is perhaps best known by his Internet wine personality – The Wine Zealot. Through these unique experiences Tom has gained invaluable knowledge about wines and the wine industry. With a reverence for the grape, Tom DiNardo continues his passionate pursuit today as a wine educator who teaches others about oenology and wine collecting.
Wine School of Philadelphia

Bob’s passion for wine and teaching has taken him through many of the worlds great wine regions, where he’s done consulting for wineries, restaurants and consumers around the globe.
Known for his easy going, down-to-earth style while speaking and providing wine “edutainment” at events all over the world, Bob won a "Best of Philly" Award for "Best Wine Class" from Philadelphia Magazine. He’s also served as national wine educator for the mammoth multinational Diageo Wines; director of education, Wines and Champagne for the equally expansive Pernod-Ricard USA; regional sales manager at Seagram Chateau & Estate Wines; instructor at Napa’s Sterling Vineyards School of Service & Hospitality; and was a founding board member of the American Sommelier Association.
