Jessica Bell of Midwest Wine School
Jessica Bell founded The Midwest Wine School in June 2007. Her academic credentials include a Diploma in Wine & Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and a certificate in Viticulture and Vinification from the American Sommelier Association in New York City. She is the Midwest Ambassador of Armagnac and an accredited instructor of several French wine-making regions, resulting from extensive travels and passing Master-level exams. She received her Bachelor's degree in Economics and Spanish from Duke University. Jessica has worked for a winery in Spain and subsequently became an accredited Spanish Wine Educator. While in Spain, she passed Spanish fluency exams administered by the Madrid Chamber of Commerce. Upon returning to the states, she became a Sommelier at The Modern Restaurant in New York City. Jessica currently offers wine-related classes in Milwaukee and Chicago, consults for area restaurants and retailers and is the Beverage Expert on the television program Wisconsin Foodie. Tom DiNardo - The Wine Zealot
Tom DiNardo has worked in the wine industry in both California and Washington. With a reverence for the grape, Tom continues his passionate pursuit today as a wine consultant and educator who teaches others about oenology and wine collecting. Mr. DiNardo is a sommelier diplomate with the International Sommelier Guild and a member of the Society of Wine Educators. He is a freelance writer for Wine Enthusiast, Decanter, Santé and Wine Adventure Magazines, and is a regular contributor to Wine Squire.com and WineandSpiritsJobs.com. Tom is a featured auctioneer for Chicago based ERI wine auction gallery, and has sold some of the finest and rarest wines from around the world. Mr. DiNardo is also a certified master appraiser. Through these unique experiences, Tom has gained invaluable knowledge about the wine industry. Prior to his wine immersion experience, Tom DiNardo founded DiNardo & Lord Auctioneers in 1993. Brendan Moore
Brendan has been a long-time restaurant worker starting in fast food at the age of 16. His career has led him from working in the kitchen to managing some of Milwaukee's finest and busiest restaurants. Brendan's wine training began in 2000 when he joined the Bartolotta team and know holds the designations of Second-Level Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers, is a CSW (Certified Specialist of Wine) and Spanish Wine Educator by the Society of Wine Educators.

Professional Wine Consultants are available to educate and serve Milwaukee through a variety of wine related seminars, classes, tastings, and dinners. From fundraisers with 1000 attendees to private wine tastings, we are Wisconsin's foremost wine experts. Toni has passed the advanced certification with the Court of Master Sommeliers becoming the first and only person in Wisconsin to have achieved that level of certification. Jaclyn Stuart is co-author of The Complete Idiot's Guide to Wine & Food Pairing, which is anticipated to hit shelves in April 2010. She is certified by the Court of Master Sommeliers and by the Wine & Spirits Education Trust, working toward both titles of Master Sommelier and Master of Wine.
