What does the term "Cellared in Canada" mean?

D. Contains international bulk wine and possibly Canadian wine.

"Cellared in Canada" does not have exactly the same meaning throughout Canada. In Ontario, it is a blend of up to 70 percent internationally-sourced bulk wine, and a minority percentage of Ontario wine. In British Columbia it can be entirely from international bulk wine, which is bottled in British Columbia. "Product of Canada" and "Vinted in Canada" are other terms which are allowed on Cellared in Canada wine, according to the rules of the Vintners Quality Alliance.
