Williams Selyem Unoaked 2015 Chardonnay

Can you please tell me if an unopened, properly stored, bottle of 2015 Williams Selyem Unoaked Chardonnay is still drinkable?
Answer From Expert Roger Bohmrich MW

This appears to be a current vintage of this wine as I write this answer. I am wondering why you might be concerned about its soundness or state of maturity. Have you had other bottles which seemed tired? I haven't tasted this bottling myself, but all the available comments are very positive. It has an excellent pedigree, coming from older vines in the Russian River Valley. There is no oaky "makeup" to alter or conceal its inherent fruit personality. It is the sort of Chardonnay which can be enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with shellfish, white fishes or shrimp salad as well as chicken breasts, pork and veal delicately prepared. Drink in 2019 or hold in proper storage a few more months. Hope you find it enjoyable!
