Where could I find someone to serve wine at a ladies pampering party? What would be my best option.

Hmm, not sure what you're really looking for...is "pampering" a euphemism for a certain type of party? Does it have anything to do with a baby shower or bachelorette party? If so, there are many companies that offer a full range of services. Or you may just want to contact a catering company which could provide food, beverages and servers in an appropriate venue.
