I bought a winexpert kit to make sparkling wine, what could i add to the wine to make it a pink sparkling wine and also make it sweeter? Thanks

This is a very specific technical question for which you might find an answer in a home winemaking manual. I provided two recommendations not long ago which you can find if you look over the most recent answers in the Q&A section. I would first be interested in knowing how you intend to make a sparkling wine. To obtain a pink sparkler, you could, for example, mix a small amount of red wine with a white to make what is called the "base wine". This is the procedure for the majority of Champagne roses. However, doing this at home may present numerous challenges. Good luck!
