Wine lost its sweetness
My wine was sweeter when I first made it in november 2006, and now in August 2007 it has lost its sweetness and has become more bitter. Why did this happen and can I fix this, make the wine sweeter?

For technical questions about home winemaking, I would recommend that you consult a manual such as: Techniques in Home Winemaking - Daniel Pambianchi Home Winemaking Step by Step - Jon Iverson It will not be possible to correct this particular wine now, but for future issues of this nature it would certainly be helpful to have one of these books on hand.
