Info on Napoleon Pure French Brandy required I have a bottle of Napoleon VO Brandy. The label nr is B85. Gold & red. 43% Alcohol. 750ml. At top/bottom of label is printed: Chatelle Brandy. I am wondering if the wine I have is drinkable? I have a Chateau Larmonthe de Haux Bordeaux. The top of the label says vin sec. Below Bordeaux it reads Appellation Bordeaux Controlee, 1989. Storage Temperature Do fluctuations of temperature in a wine cooler create long-term effects on wine? My cooler averages 55 degrees, but will range from 53 to 57 throughout the day as the cooling system turns on and off.
