I have a bottle of Battaglio Barbaresco DOCG 2005 Produzione Limitata. L.08-126. The pink label on the neck of bottle says AAA 07755974. Can you tell me if this wine is still drinkable, or should I save it? Thanks!

Tuscan chardonnay

My wife and I bought a few bottles of 2005 vintage "chardonnay" or Bianco Tuscan during our honeymoon to Tuscany in 2006 from a local "Fratoria Il Poggio." It was done in a buttery style. Does this type of wine age well or should we be drinking it soon?

When we purchase a wine such as a cabernet sauvignon, and the label indicates that the wine contains 85% cabernet sauvignon, 10% merlot and 5% cabernet franc; at what point in the process from fermentation to the botteling process do these three grapes get blended together?
