cloudy grape wine

we made a batch of grape wine the first week of Sept. and we strained off the crude this morning and the stuff is really cloudy. what is the problem?

I am wondering if the wine I have is drinkable?

I have a Chateau Larmonthe de Haux Bordeaux. The top of the label says vin sec. Below Bordeaux it reads Appellation Bordeaux Controlee, 1989. I am wondering if this wine is drinkable? Has it aged to long and turned to vinegar? Thank you for your imput.

Storage Temperature

Do fluctuations of temperature in a wine cooler create long-term effects on wine? My cooler averages 55 degrees, but will range from 53 to 57 throughout the day as the cooling system turns on and off. Will this negatively affect the wines as versus a constant temperature of 55 degrees?

Super Tuscon Wine

Super Tuscons are among my favorite wines. Since all the grape varieties that comprise this wine are also grown in California, including the Sangiovese grape, why doesn't California produce a Super Tuscon and if they do, can it be called a Super Tuscon?
