I am wondering if the wine I have is drinkable? I have a Chateau Larmonthe de Haux Bordeaux. The top of the label says vin sec. Below Bordeaux it reads Appellation Bordeaux Controlee, 1989. Storage Temperature Do fluctuations of temperature in a wine cooler create long-term effects on wine? My cooler averages 55 degrees, but will range from 53 to 57 throughout the day as the cooling system turns on and off. Super Tuscon Wine Super Tuscons are among my favorite wines.
