Tom DiNardo - The Wine Zealot

Tom DiNardo has worked in the wine industry in both California and Washington. With a reverence for the grape, Tom continues his passionate pursuit today as a wine consultant and educator who teaches others about oenology and wine collecting. Mr. DiNardo is a sommelier diplomate with the International Sommelier Guild and a member of the Society of Wine Educators. He is a freelance writer for Wine Enthusiast, Decanter, Santé and Wine Adventure Magazines, and is a regular contributor to Wine Squire.com and WineandSpiritsJobs.com. Tom is a featured auctioneer for Chicago based ERI wine auction gallery, and has sold some of the finest and rarest wines from around the world. Mr. DiNardo is also a certified master appraiser. Through these unique experiences, Tom has gained invaluable knowledge about the wine industry.

Sean worked in the Napa Valley for eight years. Four years as the maitre d’ of the four-star restaurant at Domaine Chandon and four years as the Food and Beverage Director of Meadowood Resort, home of the Napa Valley Vintners Association and the Napa Valley Wine Auction. Sean left Napa to return home and become the General Manager of the English Room inside the historic Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee. Sean moved into wine sales with local distributors United Wine and Spirits and Edison Liquor. He became Regional Manager for A.V. Imports, Inc., an importer of fine wines and spirits from Columbia, Maryland. Brendan Moore

Brendan has been a long-time restaurant worker starting in fast food at the age of 16. His career has led him from working in the kitchen to managing some of Milwaukee's finest and busiest restaurants. Brendan's wine training began in 2000 when he joined the Bartolotta team and know holds the designations of Second-Level Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers, is a CSW (Certified Specialist of Wine) by the Society of Wine Educators and most recently became Wisconsin's only Official Spanish Wine Educator, accredited through the Spanish Wine Academy, taught by Spain's only MW, Pancho Campo.

Lou Bruno

Lou Bruno brings 35 years of experience in the food and wine industry to the Table. In 1977, he founded Bruno Wines and Spirits, Inc., a wholesale wine importing company. In 1996 Lou opened two restaurants as Chef and General Manager. Lou is also a Commandeur, Vice Counsellier Culinaire and member of the Board of Directors of the prestigious and exclusive 13th century Confrerie de la Chaine des Rottisseurs. Currently and for the last 25 years Lou is teaching Wine and Food Classes at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Alverno College, The Cooking Store and The Preserve at Deer Creek Golf. He has been a Wine Lecturer at other Universities and organizations over the years. In addition, he became the first Wine Writer for the Journal-Sentinel, guest of several radio and TV talk shows and a Chef personality on channel 12 in Milwaukee. Currently Lou is writing Food, Wine and Travel articles for the magazine Living on the Lake.

Jaclyn Stuart, CS, WSET-Certified

Jaclyn Stuart is known for her "playful approach" to wine. As the Wine Director for BIANCHINI Restaurants, Jaclyn helped launch INDULGE, a wine room that is the first of its kind in Milwaukee. Jaclyn conducts regular wine classes and tasting at Indulge and also consults for a variety of corporate classes and events. She is currently working toward her diploma-level certification with the WSET and plans to take the Court of Master Sommeliers' Advanced exam in 2010.

Jessica Bell of Milwaukee Wine School

JESSICA BELL comes to back to Milwaukee after leaving more than 10 years ago to pursue a degree at Duke University. Her degree in Economics and Spanish eventually led her to Spain where she started her career in wine. She worked for a Spanish winery and then moved to New York City where she became a Sommelier at The Modern, voted Best New Restaurant in America 2005. While in New York City, Jessica complemented her occupational wine knowledge with academic credentials by studying with the International Wine Center and the American Sommelier Association in New York. Jessica is currently Director of Tastings at a local Milwaukee wine store and provides private tastings for Milwaukee residents, organizations, retail stores and restaurants. She also organizes wine trips for Milwaukee residents to different wine-making regions in the world.
