Sommelier Charles Birr and Executive Chef Rhys Lewis
Rhys and Charles team up to provide entertaining educational seminars on wine and food pairings. Chef Rhys has won numerous culinary awards from James Beard Foundation and others, as well as being an expert on wine. Charles has created new award winning wine lists in eight restaurants and has taught wine training to staff for over twenty years. Together, Rhys and Charles conduct "Wine, Wit & Wisdom" tastings on Saturdays at 2PM at The Williamsburg Lodge. They each have presented wine educational seminars at major Wine Events. Their style is information loaded while having fun with their audiences.
