Wasatch Academy of Wine
Wasatch Academy of Wine, established in 1978, under current ownership since 1991, offers wine classes, tours of wine regions in the US and Europe, wait staff training, wine list development, private wine education parties, food and wine pairing techniques, wine dinners, cheese and wine pairing, and wine lectures regarding specific grape varieties and regions. Length of courses range from one, two-hour session of tasting and learning to nine weekly, four-hour sessions for credit in culinary arts.
