Grape U is a series of four classes on and about wines: • Wine 101: An introduction • Nature’s Miracle: Viticulture and winemaking • Your Nose Knows: Sensory evaluation • Paired for Life: Matching food and wine Each session is 90 minutes long. The classes can be taken in any order, or individually, and they can be done anywhere that can accommodate your group.
