Tom DiNardo has worked in the wine industry in both California and Washington. With a reverence for the grape, Tom continues his passionate pursuit today as a wine consultant and educator who teaches others about oenology and wine collecting. Susan Sturman is the former Assistant Director of the Ecole Ritz-Escoffier at the Hotel Ritz, in Paris, France. She has been a cheese educator for 15 years, and currently teaches custom designed cooking classes for small groups or individuals in their own homes. She teaches cheese classes at Murray's and Agata & Valentina in NYC. She is a member of the Steering Committee for the American Cheese Society's Maitre Fromager development program, and is former director of marketing and development for the NYS Artisan & Farmstead Cheese Maker's Guild.

Tracy is Chief Education Officer and Co-founder of Grand Cru Classes. When not tasting or teaching about wine, Tracy is an administrator at New York University, with nearly fifteen years of experience in higher education. She earned her Doctor of Education degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004 and also received a degree from Cornell University. Tracy completed both the Intermediate and Advanced Certificate courses through the Wine & Spirits Education Trust in 2005 and is currently enrolled in their Diploma of Wine & Spirits program. In addition, she holds the Certified Specialist of Wine credential from the Society of Wine Educators and is a member of the American Wine Society.
