Explore the world of wine beginning with the history of the vine, the various predominant grape varietals, wine production, how to read a wine label, wine & your health, wine & food pairing techniques, wine terms, the many grape growing regions the world has to offer and the basics of proper wine tasting. I am a graduate of the Johnson & Wales University Wine School, Sommelier Certified by the United States Sommelier Association.
