Intro to the Sensory Evaluation of Wine class, Monday Nights Jan 23-May 22. CAHS 205. A great intro class with loads of tasting and palate development. We taste 6-9 wines per week. This 18 week class is great for anyone wanting to expand their knowledge of wine as well as for folks just getting started in the industry. Taught by Barbara Haimes, industry professional and long-time wine director at several Bay Area Restaurants. Cost: $ 138!
